Belvedere St. Bedroom

The client had been living in the space for many years without a big update. She was entering a new phase in her life and wanted her space to reflect her fresh spirit.

We worked together to maintain beloved objects and purge things she's grown beyond. All the while injecting some calm and relaxing energy.

Many of the new furnishings and decor were found on Craigslist or other discounted shops to adhere to a very limited budget.

44 Nevada St. House Flip

This house was in tough shape after years of neglect when the owner bought it. They completely gutted it, removing over a ton of debris.

I came in to aesthetically advise the team on interior and exterior paint colors, fixtures, cabinetry, tiles and landscaping.

In the end this forgotten shack is completely rejuvenated. While it is a fairly small space, it truly embraces it's assets. The sun shines in and invites guests to curl up with a good book or head out to the yard to enjoy the view.

77 Nevada St. Vacation Rental

The owners and I collaborated to revitalize this rental unit into a cozy vacation spot.

I helped select paint colors; shopped and sourced housewares, furniture and decor; brainstormed guest comfort ideas; and staged the space for a photo shoot.

We carefully selected features that deserved big portions of the budged–like the luxe organic and bamboo linens. Otherwise we scoured Craigslist, flea markets, the owner's house, and discounted shops to find perfectly unique furniture and accessories. We think this creates a special, inviting and artistic space where people want to come in and relax while still feeling luxurious.
